~Rueda-Infused Bachata: WE DO IT WITH EVERYONE!~

Where Cuba Meets DR…

Come learn some fun, innovative Bachata moves that can be incorporated into your social dancing or into a community dance! What IS IT? Well: A ‘Rueda’ is a circle/community of dancers who follow a ‘Caller’, or leader. This Caller provides the flow for the group to dance. Put together a ‘Rueda’ concept along with ‘Dominican/Traditional Bachata’ and you get RUEDA-INFUSED BACHATA!

During the 3 hour workshop, you will learn about lead/follow techniques specific to Cuban and Dominican dancing; footwork will be taught, and of course fun, creative patterns with cool names like “Mas Que Amigos” and “Mojito” will be taught as well… we have 10 levels to RI-Bachata, and over 100 calls have been prepared; don’t worry, 3 hours won’t push you that far; we go at your pace for learning.

Come join & see for yourself, you won’t regret it. The first rule of Rueda is to have FUN! Come find out what you’ve been missing out on… ALL Levels of dancers are welcome, no dance experience or partner is needed to join. Taught by creators Peter Araiza of The LA Influence & Tania Borges of Raw Bachata, you are bound to have an entertaining and educational dance experience.
